Selaqui World School is the english medium school in the Dehradun.This is the only school that is quite boarding school in the northern hilly area bordering from Shimla to Nainital.Selaqui World School also covers Dehradun-Mussoorie.SelaQui world School is totally a boarding school and that's why does not accept day students. campus of this school provides green environment and breathtaking air with a shallow mountain river flowing along its length and low hills all around the campus.The building of this school provides quiet pollution free environment, which further enhances the learning environment in school. The academic complex named Nalanda, after the famed Indian university, has four blocks; Languages, Sciences, Arts and Social Sciences, being built in phases.

The campus is exclusively for the faculty members and the student only.there is expert teachers and faculty members. This is to ensure that the sanctity of the learning environment is not violated by anyone not directly involved in the learning process.

Sports:-

At Selaqui passive sports and physical instruction are essential aspects of life. School notices and focuses in both areas first is physical both physical robustness and second is proficiency at games. For keeping maintain and encouraging to student there is a tradition of rewarding students with awards in turm of gold, silver and bronze medals.These medals provided them according to their performance in compitition which evaluate might, patience, stiffness, rapidity and synchronization Each student is motivated to enhance talent in one individual sportlike cricket, chess, tennis, shooting and swimming.

One team game also provided like volleyball, hockey, basketball or cricket. In the morning activity children do Yoga and the rest of the school goes for physical conditioning.The school provides a series of sports to choose to the student. Enough facilities are concerened for sports like 400m Athletic track, Tennis Courts, Basketball Courts, Football Fields, Cricket Field, Hockey Field, Riding School, Swimming Pool, Table Tennis, and Yoga. Squash Courts, and Synthetic Tennis Courts. Adventure Sports such as River Rafting, Trekking and Mountaineering, are also part of the program. Meditation and yoga are also provided in the School.
