Dehradun is the Capital City and Heart of Uttranchal
Before dividing from Uttar Pradesh, Dehradun is known as only a great city of
of Uttar Pradesh,but when Uttarakhand was formed as a new freedom state,it
became the capital city of Uttranchal.Uttarakhand is the 27th state of the
Republic of India. It was formed on 9th Nov 2000 and was seperated out of
Uttar Pradesh after a big resist of the Uttaranchali people. Uttarakhand lies
in the Northern part of India amidst the glorious Himalayas and intense
forests. In the north the state is bordering Himachal Pradesh and in the South
Uttar Pradesh and has international limitations with Nepal and China.
